“I worked for SSA for four years here in Tucson, AZ at the Reid Park Zoo. I was honored to travel to Colorado and was able to assist with events at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo as well as the Denver Zoo and I had the time of my life. I was able to meet some amazing people including the founders of the company. I am simply in love with SSA and hope that one day I can find my career back within this company. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who has an opportunity to work with them.”

“Yes, the facility is wonderful and my family has such a lovely time each time we go, that goes without saying. But today I was there with my two young sons and was struggling with a stroller. A staff member stopped and asked how she could help. She googled my stroller to see if she could find a fix for the ceased up front wheel that was making it next to impossible to navigate through the zoo. She helped us into the elephant building and even helped keep and eye on my boys while I flipped over the stroller attempting to fix it. Luckily, the stroller was an easy fix but her thoughtfulness meant more than having a fully functional stroller.”

“My husband and I went on the Fourth of July 2017. We had a good time. Parking was easy and plentiful (even though the park was busy). There was no waiting in lines to get in. Walked straight up to the booth and then into the park. We started our journey a bit rocky as the first 2 exhibits had animals that were hiding. We moved on and were able to observe many animals. The new exhibits and restaurant were very nice. Food was good (we had a hamburger and hotdog). The park clearly marked what animals were not on exhibit and gave an explanation as to why. We got to catch a sea lion show (not expected, but very entertaining). We also got to witness some of the feedings. The large tank in the aquarium was being fed, the polar bear was being fed and the sea lions were being treated to some fish. The polar bear was very active. We will be returning in the fall with additional family members.”
