Meet The Chef Executive Chef Jessie Rattanni Studying at Westmoreland County Community College, Jessie received a degree in Culinary Arts and a certificate in Baking and Pastry. She also completed an American Culinary Federation certified 4000 hour internship working under skilled chefs in the Pittsburgh Area. In 2007, she worked as the private chef for the Golf Channel at the US Open in Oakmont, PA. With thirteen years of experience in the culinary field, she has honed her culinary skills and developed her passion to create innovative recipes and unique flavor profiles. Some of her favorite things to make are soups, sauces, sushi, fusion cuisine, and sweet but savory desserts. She also loves all of the opportunities for creativity that can be found in catering, especially at a company like SSA.
